They build all types of trailers including lawn service, utility, construction, pressure cleaning, equipment and recreation. Trailers are custom made to the customer’s specifications and needs. The success of the company has been tremendous and Green Thumb is currently planning a 41,498 square foot expansion. |

Acquiring SureFit, a therapeutic diabetic footwear manufacturer, Southern Prosthetics moved into a 26,000 square foot warehouse space in the Corporate Park of Coral Springs. This space is owned by Prologis, the world’s largest developer of industrial warehouse and distribution space. Southern Prosthetics utilized the City’s Preferred Client Program to assist in their tenant build-out.

Vutec Corporation is a global leader in projection screen technology and wire fabrication for the lighting industry, who relocated their headquarters to Coral Springs in early, 2010. Continued growth has allowed this company to occupy a larger, more modern facility with 102,195 sq. ft of space on 9.01 acres in the Coral Springs Corporate Park. Vutec utilized the City’s Preferred Client Program to assist in their tenant build-out and is also receiving City relocation assistance in the form of Industrial Revenue Bonds.
