The Building Services division provides customer friendly plan review, issuance of building permits, performance of field inspections, and issuance of certificates of occupancy to ensure conformance of construction in the City with governing building codes.

Building Services is located at City Hall South, 9530 West Sample Road and may be contacted by calling 954-344-1025. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Plans submitted will be reviewed within 15 business days.

Inspections scheduled by 3:30 p.m. each day will be completed within one (1) day.
